Crowe Overwatch Security is actively hiring current and former law enforcement officers to join our growing team as Tennessee-certified armed guards. We are expanding our footprint throughout the Clarksville and Nashville, TN areas due to increasing demand and are looking for professional officers who want long-term opportunity, flexibility, and advancement.
Requirement:
All applicants must hold a valid Tennessee Armed Guard Certification.
What This Role Involves:
- Armed security services across multiple environments.
- Hourly patrols and facility monitoring.
- Professional interaction with clients and the public.
- Opportunities to supervise other officers.
- Opportunities to help bring in new business and earn referral compensation.
Compensation:
- $31–$33 per hour, depending on experience and site requirements.
- W-2 employment only — no 1099 work.
- Covered under Crowe Overwatch Security’s insurance.
